Meet at 7:30 am start - finish by 8:45 am

Avondale Neighborhood Walk
Our next walk through the Avondale Neighborhood will
take place Saturday, July 26, 2008.
We will meet at the Avondale Community Pride Center
, 3520 Burnet Ave.,
There is plenty of parking in the building parking lot
which can be entered from Forest Ave. Plan to arrive by
7:30 AM. We will begin walking at 7:45 AM.
Feel free to join us and share with parties who are
interested in walking to be fit.

The NBMA 2009 event -
the Cowtown Marathon, half marathon in Dallas Ft. Worth,
Texas, February 28, 2009. We are looking forward to bringing
100 participants from the Cincinnati and surrounding region
